Complete Referral Form.

1. Eligibility
 

• The referral program is open to existing clients who refer new customers to GPC Lawyers Pty Ltd.
   
• Referred clients must be new to  GPC Lawyers Pty Ltd and not have previously engaged our services.

• The program is not available to existing partners. 

• Contact us to let us know the persons name you have referred, or get them to mention you referred them to us.
   

2. Referral Reward
 

• For any referred client who engages GPC Lawyers Pty Ltd for work valued under $500 (exc. GST), the referrer will receive a $50 reward.
   
• For any referred client who engages  GPC Lawyers Pty Ltd for work valued over $500 (exc GST), the referrer will receive a $100 reward.

3. Payment Conditions
 

• Rewards are payable once the referred client’s matter is completed and full payment has been received by GPC Lawyers Pty Ltd
   
• Rewards will be issued within 14 days of payment clearance.
   
• Payments will be made via bank transfer
   

4. Limitations
 

• The referral reward applies per referred client, not per project.
   
• There is no limit to the number of referrals a person can make.
   
• Self-referrals are not permitted.
   

5. General
 

• GPC Lawyers Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
   
• In case of any disputes, the decision of GPC Lawyers Pty Ltd will be final.
