Price Beat Guarantee Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and procedures for our Price Beat Guarantee (Guarantee). By participating, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility Criteria

a. The Price Beat Guarantee  applies to identical legal services offered by a competitor at a lower price. 

b. The competitor’s services must be offered by a licensed law firm. 

c. The Guarantee is applicable to services quoted or provided by GPC Lawyers Pty Ltd. 

d. The competitor must operate within Victoria.

2. Proof of Lower Price

a. To request a price beat, you must provide proof of the lower price in the form of a written quote from the competitor

b. The proof must clearly show the competitor’s name, scope of services, and pricing.

3. Exclusions

a. The Guarantee does not apply to: 

- Services not directly comparable in scope, quality, or duration 

- Limited-time promotions or special offers from competitors

- Errors in competitors’ pricing or misquotes 

- Services provided by unlicensed or non-reputable entities. 

b. Services related to contingency fees, pro bono work, or third-party consultations are not eligible.

4. Price Beat Request Process

a. Submit your price beat request prior to engaging our services . Your request 

b. Requests can be made: 

- Online via our website enquiry form, or 

- By contacting us directly at enquiries@gpclawyers.com.au or 0490 066 673.

c. We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s pricing and service terms.

5. Price Adjustment

a. If your request satisfies our terms, we will beat the competitor’s price for the same services by 5%,.

6. Limitations

a. We reserve the right to deny requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misrepresentation.

b. We retain full discretion to determine the eligibility of a Price Beat Guarantee request and to approve or deny any claim without limitation.

c. Decisions made by us regarding the Price Beat Guarantee are final and binding.

d. The Guarantee does not apply to our online Will & Power of Attorney Service or Online Trusts and Company Establishment Service. 

7. Changes and Termination

a. We reserve the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice. 

b. Changes will not affect approved requests made prior to the effective date of the modification.
